Aviation Repair Solutions’ Liability under the terms of this Warranty Service Policy shall limited to the repair of any defect required to return the unit to service at this facility.
Aviation Repair Solutions will warrant the component or components that have been installed during the servicing of a customer's unit during the warranty period.
Aviation Repair Solutions shall not be obligated for any defects if examination reveals that said defect is due to improper use or mishandling, tampering and or improper storage after leaving the facility. If any warranty seals or stickers are removed or tampered with in any way, this warranty shall be voided.
Aviation Repair Solutions shall have no liability for the consequential or special damages including, but not limited to, loss of use.
